Out There specialise in connecting customers directly with quality things to do in the UK leisure and lifestyle industry (bars, hotels, restaurants, spas etc.) With a huge plan to launch in areas around the UK, we are looking for people who have the ambition to progress quickly in a role.
As a member of the New Business department you will report directly to the National Sales Manager.
Strive to achieve agreed levels of B2B cold calls over the telephone.
Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of the product to secure new business.
Ensure that you have a knowledge of your own and competitor titles to achieve the requirements of this role.
Constantly seek out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that company targets are met.
Work as part of a successful team.
Ensure that monthly and quarterly objectives, as agreed with your line manager, are met.
Ensure that targets and standards are achieved.
Solution focused with an ability to bounce back.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Previous experience within a Sales or Call Centre B2B Sales.
Account Management or advertising industry background would be ideal.
Full training on product knowledge and systems given.
